MM House is the renovation of an existing home, guided by a careful reading of the site, its light and the surrounding landscape. The project honours the memory of the original building, reinterpreting it in a contemporary language centred on comfort and ease.

The renovation brings clarity to the layout and strengthens the link between inside and out, drawing on the topography and the views. The volumes balance weight and lightness: a solid base anchored to the ground carries lighter forms above, creating a sense of shelter and closeness to the landscape. Natural materials and tones help the house settle into its context, while carefully placed openings frame the surroundings and bring in daylight. Outdoor spaces act as extensions of the home, places to pause, gather and take in the view.

MM House is a quiet reinterpretation of what was already there: an architecture that values place, time and the experience of living.
